2. Remove and replace the muffler. This is a simple swap of the box itself. Clamps attach it to the pipes. You will need to lengthen vacuum hoses to reconnect the muffler valves. I used a hose barb and additional piece of hose to do so.
3. You will need items 3, 4 & 7 from the grouping of diagrams at the bottom of this page: http://www.jaguarlandroverrenoparts....ents-rear-scat . Given the expense, you should buy these used from someone who upgraded to a carbon fiber valence.
4. You will also need a pair of V8 fog lamps to fit the V8 valence. The lights from the V6 look like they would fit, but they don't.

That is a steal for a factory R exhaust!
As unhinged mentioned above, there are a few components that are needed. The factory R valance, diffuser and reverse lights and brackets are needed. The exhaust simply bolts right on. However, you will not not need #7 (impact bar) which he probably mixed up with a different part number.

the exhaust is simply remove V6 and put the V8 on and fix it and for the active valve button i need to reconnect the cable ? i never look on the bottom of the car
so after i buy (try ebay) a R valance and the diffuser and reverse light
brackets are the part that uningd mention ? 3-4-7

+1. However, it has the sweet harmonics of the V6 with more of the decibels, burbles and backfires than the V8. There is a reason that they routed the loud mode through the muffler on the V6 and didn't have to on the V8.

Hi @Unhingd,
Been lurking around here since March when I got my own 2016 V6S--wanting to get an OEM R exhaust on my own. Personally I like the option of making the F type exciting (dynamic+sport) and civilized sometimes. From your experience , would changing to the OEM R exhaust on my v6 take away from having a civilized option (closing the valves)? Some quiet drives are nice (for my passengers).
