Hi guys. Just got a new F Type coupe this past weekend and loving it so far. Today I noticed that while I was sitting in my car listening to satellite radio with the engine off. The radio and ignition would turn off by itself and I would have to restart it. Is this supposed to happen? It has happened twice so far.

^This. Also applies to your windows and powerseats. You can operate them within that 5-10 minute window after you shut down your car.

On a similar (but slightly different note)... I wish there was a way to turn the car OFF and leave the power on for just a few minutes... Like the old "ACC" on the ignition.
My current first world problem is having to push the button to turn the stereo back on after turning the car off while listening to a good tune! Either that or let the car idle until the song is over, creating so many more hydrocarbon emissions!

As stated above, the 10 minute limit is by design - although it seems absurd. The car keeps more than the stereo powered and therefore cuts everything off to save the battery charge. Realistically, the stereo should be able to run a LONG time without issue. You'll find it's a real pain if/when you want to load some CD's to the hard drive. It's painfully slow - too slow to load in ACC mode. So, you effectively need to do this on an extended drive - while periodically swapping out discs in the cubby right beside you and navigating through the Audio screens. Awkward at best. In practice, I only bothered with it once. Since then, I just rely on USB or phone.
