I tried to update IMC (Infotainment Master Controller) using Pathfinder. The assembly part number before the update is KW93-19C201-JG, and the update destination is J9C3-19C201-TZ. (Pathfinder reads CCF and sets it automatically) However, the update failed. (Because pathfider freezes)

After trying several times, I found that there are two points where the update fails.

The first is that the PostNdufFlash process stops at 30%.

This process may work by forcing a rewrite of the destination assembly (assemblyPartNumberStore.json).

The second is the model configuration process after the above process is finished, which fails with the message "Request is out of range".

Does anyone know how to overcome this situation?

Sounds like a dealer issue. I have had update issues when they end up doing WebEx repairs which includes they taking control of the computer via internet connection and finding issue in IMC.
