Injector positioning.. my nightmare

Guys

i am getting p02f1-01 on my F-type

i have replaced Injector 4 but still getting same issue

can someone guide me please? I have also attached an image which i think how its setup.

Injector positioning

Judging from your diagram your numbering appears to be incorrect so you may have replaced the wrong injector. This photo is from the workshop manual.
