The good news is, I managed to get exactly 18K miles out of the OE Pirelli's and still had 4/32nd of tread remaining on the fronts! However, given the winter weather ahead, it was time to purchase a new set. Perhaps you saw my recent thread that socialized my conundrum specifically, my lease is up at the end of June 2020. Since posting that, I'm now seriously considering purchasing the car at the end of the lease. Stand by for that thread as the residual is $66K which will certainly be at the higher end of then current values. By way of context, it is a MY 17 R AWD fairly loaded. But I digress as this thread is about the new tires. and they are; fronts 255/35/20 and 295/30/20 rears. The tires mounted, balanced and tax out the door was $824 which was lowest I could find. Given that I have only driven on these for one day, a review would be premature. However, the immediate road noise elimination made the purchase well worth every dollar. I studied all of the prior posted threads about tire choices in general. For my two cents (albeit early on) it looks like this may have been a "wise" move.

$66K for a known, low miles R is not crazy. There are 11 2017 Rs above $66K on autotrader. Prices might finally be on the rise. The only thing is you could trade for a 6Y or 7Y/100K warrantied CPO car. Check Jag's own CPO website for a list of all warranteed cars nationwide.
That price analysis is encouraging. As for the CPO warranty the selling dealer put one on my car. It turns out that they "misrepresented" the in-service date by several months. Long story short, they assigned the CPO status as I told them that I might keep the car when the lease expires.
I purchased my leased car. My buy-out was super low - 54.5K (to market value of ~70K and at least 65K according to auction data). Dealer thought they could make up for deeply discounting during sale (~20K off MSRP) at the back end. I asked for $10K to give up lease, they wouldn't do it. Now that warranty is about to expire, I will see if this is a prudent decision.
If your lease buy-back above market value, don't buy out your car - instead make an offer to your dealer @ auction +couple K.

I am on my 6th set of FK510, on average I get 3000mi all around. They are my tire of choice for track and summer tire. I use them for cars we convert and some have been able to get over 10K miles out of them. The most impressive part of the FK510 is their performance in the rain. I am sure you will love them but the life expectancy is heavily dictated by your driving style.
