Installing Pioneer Audio in 2015 F-type

I want to get Apple Carplay as my jaguar sat nav frequently puts me in the middle of the sea and is cumbersome when it occasionally works. I understand Jaguar can’t update my version. I therefore would like to install a third party device. I’ve googled and asked at car audio dealers and can’t find a fascia kit to allow installation. Has anyone got a solution to the inability to get Apple carplay in the 2015 f-type?

There are some head units available, such as:

Jaguar F-TYPE ,,JAGUAR,Shenzhen Merryway Technology Co., Ltd.

Search for "Merryway" in this forum to see a long and honestly frightening story of installation. Personally I wouldn't want to try it but it's possible.
