I have a master blaster as well, if you order the 8hp beware you will need a 20 amp outlet. If you use a 15 amp the fuse will blow after a few minutes.

But the unit works quite well.

According to the manufacturer it pulls a solid 18 Amps. Even a 20 Amp breaker is too low. Circuit breakers are designed for use up to 80% of their rating and should trip once that is exceeded. Granted with the right conditions, slow spool up, new eqment ect. You may be able to get away with a 20 Amp breaker. Some have reported trips, others not.
I'm going to swap my 20 Amp breaker with a 25 Amp that's properly sized and eliminate any potential trip issues.
