Default Interesting Reading

When buying, the sales staff will - understandably - attempt to promote the value of particular options - especially if that's what they have in stock.

In trying to work out what will actually add value, the official Jaguar Used listings make interesting reading.

Panoramic roofs appear to rate highly, as do heated seats. Otherwise, there seems to be a decidedly variable understanding of the rest of the Options catalogue.

The colour of the interior appears to rate more highly than whether it has the standard seats or not. No one appears to be making mention of the stereo.

The size of the wheels is more important than the design, but there does appear to be some confusion over both the design, and the size. Blades are a feature, but no one seems to be able to tell the difference between Centrifuge and Propellor. Brakes don't get a look in, except for the colour.

Parking aides, heated windscreens and wizzy headlights are features though.

I can relate to this observation. I would have much preferred the standard sport seat, but spent $3K plus to get the right color (camel) that was only available with the performance seat.
