I have the performance seats, interior black pack, extended leather pack and red stitching. I wanted to break up the all black of the center console. So I ordered the original "Ignis Orange" engine stop/start button that came on earlier F-TYPEs. Cost of the button was about $28 picked up from my local retailer
Installation is straight forward. You really need a trim panel removal tool to remove the center console trim as its fitted on very tight. Afterwards everything just snaps back together.
I also wanted a more uniformity with the interior lighting. The footwell lights use a traditional 194 filament bulb. The output is very yellow. Kind of mismatched looking considering that the overhead map lights are white LEDs. I ordered 4500K/85lumen LEDs. 4500K is white enough to match the overhead map lights and 85 lumens is just bright enough where its not too obnoxious or look aftermarket. I ordered the LED's from SuperBrightLEDs. Knowing how electrically sensitive these cars were, I went with a CANBUS compatible setup to avoid any error codes or issues.
Replacing the footwell lights was a bit of a pain. The bulbs are tucked away to point where you need stick your head in the footwell to see what you are doing.
Before:
Everything is all black. Nothing wrong with that. Just a bit boring.
After:
Just enough color to break up all the black:
LED in the footwell before/after. Note that the light output is very similar but much whiter.

Are you interested in parting ways with the Orange paddle shifters say for my black Stop/Start button?
I'm in England. The orange paddles feel very cheap and light. Thought I'd Put them back on the car should I buy a new one in the future.
Otherwise would trade, sorry.
Yep, one of the first things I did was to replace the horrible sickly yellow footwell light bulbs with bright white LEDs, I used COB versions. As you say they were a PITA to get at, in my case especially the passenger one (LHS on my car), it took a good 15 minutes of squirming around on my back with my head right up under the dash to get it done, it really is jammed into a very tight spot. I also fitted Growler/Jaguar logo projector puddle lights in the door sills, very quick and easy to do, not that expensive and adds a nice bit of bling.
It also makes me wonder why Jaguar fitted those horrible yellow bulbs in the footwell lights, when all other secondary lighting in the F-Type is white LEDs. Unlike my XFR which had a million horrible yellow bulbs and no white ones so I swapped every damn one of them out for white or blue LEDs!

Love the Puddle Lights however they might be a little much with these illuminated BLUE letter plates. Comeon Jag - red car - only blue on the whole car .... oh well. That's why I thought about BLUE under dash/footwell lights so the blue wouldn't look so out of place. (Red and Black car - why Blue, oh well)

Actually I just installed the illuminated puddle lights today, they are not the same T10 wedge bulbs. Changing the light color would be nearly impossible.
