I did struggle a lot with the same question, as it is very difficult to get the right impression just from pics of how the colors will look in real life. Even seing the cars indoors in artificial lighting will not show the "true" color of how the car will look outdoors.

What made me make up my mind was seing a Range Rower Sport in Italien Racing Red with black roof and other exteriour black details outdoors in the sun. It looked stunning!

So my choice in the end was IRR with black pack (and some carbon details as well), and it looks like this:

I am very happy with the choice I made

Same colour and wheels as mine, except I did not get the black pack and did not get the pano roof.
Yours looks really good and you are correct that it can't be captured correrctly with a camera/computer screen.

If the green had been the true BRG that was in the original E-Type I would have chosen that but it is much darker and in some light almost looks black. I am sure it is beautiful but not the true BRG. Other than the BRG my only other consideration was the IRR with pano roof, no black pack and duotone interior. Constantly have people compliment the color combo even at stop lights and drive thru restaurants.

I like my stratus grey conv, last car was black on black also nice , before that white, before that red. Variety spice of life. Wife has whit/tan after 3 black in a row, wishes she had made it 4!.I really like that Black/Red conv. that was bought in San Francisco. If I see an R conv in that combo I would be tempted next year!

I chose white because it shows the lines of the car and the contour of the rear brake lights
