Default jag lag

Hi everyone,
I have a few questions I'm hoping you can help with. I have a 2018 340hp manual f type
1) When going around curves my car makes a creaking noise that sounds like panels rubbing against one another-any way to fix this?
2) When starting in first there is a small lag from when the accelerator is pressed to the power. It's not long but wondering if that is normal?
3) Is it possible to upgrade the software package to the 380hp model with the configurable dynamic mode?
4) Should you really wait for 1 year or 14,000 miles to change the oil?
Thanks very much!
Nick

Yes, Yes, No, No.
1. Take it to the dealer to fix
2. That’s the nature of an automatic.
3. Dynamic mode only change is the throttle mapping. Will not change the power. To raise the power to 380 hp or even 416 hp, you will need a professional tune. See the VAP threads.
4. Absolutely not. Change the oil right after the break in period.

Doh!

In that case, it only occurs when you are pointed uphill. It takes a perceptible amount of time for the Hill-assist brake to disengage.
