Default Wrapped my car!

Hi all, starting this thread like many others to share some of the stuff I'm getting done to my f type R coupe over the next little while.

The car car is currently in for a full wrap, hopefully finished tomorrow. Along with the wrap I'm getting paint protection film applied to certain areas. As well as window tints and getting emblems painted gloss black. Headlights and tail lights will also be tinted.

Suspension and spacers are also in transit and will be added onto the car within the next month.

While I was there I also saw this in for a full paint protection film install. When you see cars like this in the same shop you know your car is in good hands.

How does a wrap + PPF work? Which goes over which?
And, a Centenario?? Daaaang...

majority of the car panels are getting wrap done but areas like the mirrors, side and front splitters, and rear diffuser i'm just getting done in PPF to keep the black.

They sent me a teaser pic last night. The color is intense blue... very similar (if not identical) to the Porsche PTS 'Voodoo Blue'.

I'm debating getting the wheels painted gloss black, or might just wait and put the money towards an aftermarket set of wheels next year. What do you guys think?

Black wheels would look really good against that blue with yellow brakes. If you don't plan on doing new wheels for awhile then it might be worth getting them painted. Your call!

might keep the calipers red to go along with the red stitching inside. but yea i think black wheels would really look good.

So happy with how this turned out! The intense/voodoo blue is so stunning and eye catching! What do you all think?

Next the car car will be getting lowered and spacers put on.

FWIW, I think you'd be hard pressed to find nicer wheels than what you have.
