Default Jaguar corporate contact? Warranty / Covid issue

My 2016 F-Type R was coming up on it's last six months or so of warranty when Covid hit. I had a scheduled service in February that got cancelled due to Covid, and was told they wouldn't reopen for a while. I have a very compromised immune system as well, so I really couldn't risk going in.

I called my service guy a few weeks ago and he told me that even though I had a few weeks left to bring my car in for warranty service, it's voided by Jaguar because I missed my February service. He told me the service was really just an oil change, but I've barely driven the car and figured I would get it done at my local mechanic. But last week my check engine light lit up, so I brought my car in to a local mechanic, and they are saying I've got oxygen sensor problem (code P2276-00, sensor stuck lean bank 2 sensor 3), and my differential is leaking fluid.

feel given the Covid situation, it's fair to ask Jaguar to make an exception in this case and honor a warranty extension.. am I crazy? My service guy said to call Jaguar, which I tried, but was on hold for an hour before I gave up. Does anyone have a Jaguar corporate contact number?

Me too...especially if the dealer cancelled the service you had planned.

My XE’s anniversary is Memorial Day, but wasn’t able to take it in ‘til mid July for scheduled maintenance. When I asked if there’d be an issue with it being covered, they said they would put down Covid as the reason, no problem. But this was only a few weeks outside the usual +/- 1 month.

Does anyone have a direct contact for corporate? Or is my only choice to go through the normal customer service number?
