“From overseas” is vague…this is an international forum, so without telling us where you are (and preferably which market the car was delivered to), it is very difficult to give you an answer. In fact, almost impossible.
So, are you in Britain? Canada? New Zealand? Germany?…..

 

A V5 indicates he's in the UK - it's the vehicle registration document. And the registration plate is a bit of a giveaway, too (to those in the know, of course!).
