Jaguar F-Type Wins CES

Jaguar F-Type Wins CES
I just did a spot on FOX News on this but as I was wondering all over the show I kept seeing Jaguar F-Types. I should have taken more pictures. I think Intel had it more right though as they had the convertible not the coup. The reason is it was a total pain to see what was on the dash from outside of the coup but Intel was able to get a crowd around the convertible and showcase the next generation of Jaguar/Intel technology. Sight tracking. The car will know where you are looking and could alter the lights to move there and alert you to things it now knows you should know about but can't see. Panasonic is behind the 2016 update to the radio but indicated they did it better in two other cars (Porsche and Mercedes if I'm remembering correctly). Two things In Control Apps got a lot better with the 2016 car but will be nothing when compared to what is coming. Sorry I didn't get more pictures.

I just got back home after spending 2 full days at the CES ion Tues and Wednesday. I was surprised to see the F-Type showcased in a couple of technology exhibits.
There was also a cool tech exhibit using a Maserati Gran Tourismo. It had LCD displays in place of rear-view mirror, side-view mirrors and dashboard.
Per FitBit, I walked 12 miles on Tuesday (LVCC) and 8 miles on Wednesday (Sands/Venetian) through the show and still only saw maybe 1/4 of the exhibits. I was too wiped out to spend half-day there today. It was much more crowded than last year even with re-expanding back to Sands and Venetian.

Maserati Picture
Here is a couple of pictures of the Maserati. It was wrapped in a flat blue and looked nice. In the QNX booth and the things sticking out of the side louvers are rear view cameras. A good showcase of what is coming. I figured I'd toss in the other car pictures I took as well. I'm really tempted to get a T-Rex.

Copy maybe, but not by Corvette. That color (Daytona Sunset Orange Metallic) premiered about 10 years ago on the first year 2005 C6, and was brought back for the C7.
