Jaguar harper still in activity? No answer after order

Hope you received your order! I ordered replacement chrome left and right hood louvers on June 24. They came yesterday, July 20. I was all excited as I had great guidance from this forum on taking off the old ones and replacing the new. Well, serves me right. Someone had buggered up a right hand side one, stuffed it in the Left louver labeled bag and returned it to Harper. It got put back on the shelf and was sent to me, so I got two right hand side louvers. I wrote to them, hoping I hear back and can get my correct left louver, but after reading how they don't respond and don't pick up the phone, not feeling so hot.

Sent an email to Harper's parts dept and heard nothing after a day and a half. So called this past Friday (yesterday) morning and Nick in parts picked up almost right away. I was somewhat concerned that my story may not seem credible, but that was not the case at all. He sent a prepaid USPS RMA for the bad louver and ordered a correct, and new left louver. He though it would be a week to 10 days. I'm going to hold on to the 'bad' one until I get my replacement.

I placed an order that they partially filled and then the additional parts came in they sent me the entire order again at no charge! Good thing I’m honest, they gave me a discount and I kept the extras but I just received my last order (carbon fiber hood louvres) and one is carbon and the other is white……hmmm. I like the guys who work in the parts department and stuff happens but it can be frustrating getting the wrong stuff and then having to wait longer.

Just want to update. My issue was resolved immediately. Sent out the correct mirror cap the same day I called.
thought it was going to take weeks because they said they had to order it from the UK and didn’t have any in stock. Apparently they had it in stock?
shipped priority 2 day. I’m a satisfied customer. Glad they are a real dealership as they answer their phones.
