For those interested, I contacted JLR via the generic email address at Jaguar USA and asked if I was still eligible for the JCNA rebate since I placed my order prior to 9/1/15 but will not take possession until November. After about a month, and several very polite calls advising that they were researching, I was informed that I qualified for the rebate and was given my PIN verification so I should eventually receive my $2,500. Well done by Jaguar to not retroactively cancel valid rebates.
