I'm pretty sure he bought a salsa V6-S back in 2015, or there about. It will be interesting to see if he got this one to include in the episode they were filming.

 

But hold on….what Jeremy says about the F-Type can’t possibly be true. Everybody who has never owned a Jaguar can tell you with an air of certainty that “Jaguars are just crap”, or as a BMW owner said to me “I’ve been told that Jaguars stop in the middle of nowhere for no reason” (verbatim).

 

So true, but perhaps the only thing I think is astounding about that story is that Jeremy's doctor said he was in "rude" (meaning good) health. His physique is a testament to the adage "it is better to be a good liver than to have one", although I hope that it is all just gas

 

Doctors tend to assume the people they see are "normal" so anyone better than that would seem to be in excellent (or at least good) health. Over time, poor health has been seen to be normal.

 

Jeremy finally bought a Jaaaag.

 

Funny, I just watched a slew of vids where Clarkson kept saying Jaaaag over and over and describing Jag owners. Part of my 'research'.

I'm not sure where I fit on the spectrum, I've have/had a lot of Porsche's and BMW's over the years....

 

I believe my username is apt in this thread considering it's about Clarkson. Haha.

 

You're on that part of the spectrum with those other people who don't know how to make plurals without using apostrophes!

On several Top Gear episodes Clarkson joked about how Jaguar owners were often conceited and were the kind of person who embezzled money from their company or were bank robbers or cat burglars who specialized in rare paintings. I think some of that referred to the Mk. II owners of times past but it was funny never the less.

He did like the V6 F Type

 

I was technically a minor when I took the exam.

 

These cars are amazing...people seem to be finding out....prices may go up. Or not. They are still amazing cars and have no regrets at all.
