JLR Rebates

The rebates appear to be announced at the beginning of each quarter and are good for the entire quarter. When I ordered my 2021 I was told that the price would be window sticker, and whatever deals were available at the time of delivery would be applied. I was biting my nails while waiting, and luckily when the car arrived in May there was a deal for either 0% financing or a $10,000 rebate for cash. I took the rebate, arranged my own financing and will pay the car off next year after paying only a fraction of $10k in interest.
The best thing to do if considering a 2022 model is put a deposit on one, have them build it the way you want it, and pray that there will be some kind of incentive on the delivery date. My dealer and all the other dealers who I requested a price quote from weren't going to budge off of the sticker price so I was prepared to pay it, like it or not when the car arrived. And was pleasantly surprised when JLR had a good program in place when I took delivery.

Most of the rebates/discounts are for JCNA members and you have to be a member for 6 months to qualify. Given the current supply situation, it's probably not too late to join. Membership is cheap - $50/yr for the Carolinas club - and presumably similar in other areas. With membership, you can meet other enthusiasts and get a subscription to the Jaguar magazine. Most of the member here are owners of older generation models - many from before my e-Type. There are road trips that have included mountain roads, track days, a winery, and a restoration shop. Nothing like seeing a SS100 that was $300,000 into a rebuild! I even got the training to be a judge.
