If you can't find the part through any of the online Jaguar parts retailers, I'd be inclined to physically go visit an actual Jaguar dealer, while there still are some, and see if they can order a replacement (and maybe one extra of each for spares). The two guys in my local dealer parts department who'd been there for decades, up until they closed in April 2023, could often find and order parts in their system that I couldn't find online, sometimes even small parts that I didn't think could be purchased separate from a larger component. Of course I'd pay through the nose but when you need it you need it.

Kom,
Here is another option that is probably worth a try in your situation prior to pulling the side skirt off. If you have a lift, this will be alot easier.
Look under the car and you will see screw/push pins holding the bottom of the sill to the undercarriage. I believe there are 10.
Remove all of them.
Pull down on the sill enough to get your hand in OR, use a body push tool.
Use boiling hot water and pour it over the dented section. This will soften up the plastic.
Once soft, use the push tool to press out the area of the dent from the INSIDE of the sill. This will reform the plastic to its original shape.
The repeat until you have gotten the sill back into the correct form.
If this does not work, then another option is to contact Jaguar and get the proper sills to replace yours. I believe there are 3 styles so make sure to reference the part by your VIN number. If you are going to have a body shop do the work to fix the sills, I would let them do all of it, but the sills are easy to take off and can be done in under an hour. The door plates are kept in place with some strong double-sided tape, but can be removed simply by using a plastic body tool and a hair dryer. Just heat up the door plate and slowly slide the body tool between the body and the plate and it will come off.
If you need any clarification, let me know and good luck. I bought my F-Type in June and it came with a broken sill. It's an easy fix as long as you take your time and do your research on this site.
