KW Height Adjustable Springs
I want to lower my car and corner balance it. The KW HAS (https://www.kwsuspensions.com/kw-sus...-25331005.html) look perfect. The only problem is that it states these will fit 2017+ only. The other HAS set that KW makes is for 2WD models only and my 2016 R is AWD. Has anyone tried fitting these to a 2016? If so how do you like them?8.5.5

Folks seem to have a lot of problems with the resulting ride heights on KWs.

Can you elaborate on this? Too high, cant get low enough? They seem to settle in between the VAP springs and the Eibachs and H&R's in lowering height.

I have a KW HAS installed on my MY17 SVR. It settled quite a bit lower than where it was set at the time of install. So much so that I am scraping underbody and front plastics when going over speed bumps.
The nice thing is that you can adjust it higher (Which I will be doing next week)
Pic of the car at a Matric dance where I lent the car to a youngster (Yes, I need spacers....)

It can still go lower
I had a 2014 F-Type R RWD which I also lowered with an H&R set. This is much stiffer. Almost too stiff if I'm honest. It's changed the traction dynamic from a standing start on slick roads - Not quite the right word, but it's introduced a torque steer feel from a hard launch. Feels like the rear doesn't compress as much on hard acceleration which feels like better get up and go. I've only measured with my butt dyno so who knows.
Cornering the car feels less neutral when you chuck it into a corner. With the stock setup I had a tendency to understeer when going in hot and oversteer when too slow. Now it just feels like the car won't rotate at all. Will see when I track it again in the new year to see if it translates into the same feeling on the limit.

The handling feels much better. Grippier. With the stock setup I had exaggerated oversteer and understeer depending how fast I went into a corner. With the new setup, it's much more neutral at 8/10's.
I did have the suspension lifted up a bit and the torque steer feeling is gone now. Squat and go from the line
