Now that the thread is back on track (sans the troll), as many pointed out, a Dyno should never be considered a definite way to measure actual power. The advantages of a Dyno are that one can establish a baseline, before any mods under controlled environment that can be repeated over and over with every mod. Any dyno operator can actually manipulate the flywheel HP by tweaking the adjustment factor to match OEM specs or outlandish power claims.
