Leak...

They rattle less but hell that thing is one disgusting looking car. I went from a Virage into the GR solely because I don't want to cover miles. Even though the Supra was a far more reliable car(for now) and cheaper insurance but I don't miss it at ALL. It's hideous, the looks, the body trims, some material choice, windscreen size, etc.

I wouldn't say that, it's good engineering(except the stupid windows) and a ricer design team of Toyota. The original design wasn't that bad, certainly not the greatest but it will work for me if the car just looks like that for maybe 80-95k$

I'm sorry, I think there is a traitor in the F-Type crew. Yes, engineering wise many things are better on the A90 but it is also a new generation of cars(7-year difference). One thing that I wish was the removal of all fake vents and a proper 450 hp factory setup. I'm not even going to talk about manual or not since the ZF 8HP is going to be quicker than a manual no matter how much people cry and bitch and argue and complain. It is how it is, just a fun factor thing. I mainly hate the wheelbase and the unproportioned look plus fake vents and ducts all over on the A90 J29(not like they are going to help a car get faster with some odd shape that don't function). The car is almost proper from the back but is doomed from ANY angle beside that. The headlights work pretty good to extend into the bumper ONLY if it is 1 size down. Big blank contour for the bonnet, not enough details to define the area compared to the overstyled surroundings. With the shortened wheelbase(because z4) the hardtop has to compromise for a roofline that is not as streamlined as planned originally. The bubble roof was a key feature and an hommage to the original 2000gt(which is a beautiful car at Miata size) but it needs to be slimmer(which isn't possible because of regulations on safety but look at the original 2000gt for the ratio). The same applies to the rear ducktail, shortened, due to wheelbase. The nose of the car extrude too much IMO and it worked okay(not great but okay) on the FT-1 because the overall height and length ratio is greater, unlike the A90. Interior wise, the HUD is good, the exhaust sound is good. Speakers are utter dog crap. The F type audio is bad, but not 'utter dog crap' bad. I can't even stand a car with bose and a stupid JBL is not going to work especially when I had the B&O before it. There are more things I don't remember from this traumatic experience but overall I hated the car and my reasons are valid both engineeringly and artistically. For what it is right now, the car is full of crap or I should say a failed promise by Toyota. I am also very pleased that the counterpart of this car,the Z4, is not selling well. It is a mistake to develop two cars that don't sit at the same level together.

Regarding your AC issues:
My brand new 2016 XF had the same problem with the AC within 2 weeks of ownership, and it needed an all new compressor. Had problems again 1 year later, but that's because they re-used gaskets and they fell apart and caused leaks (was a quick fix). Nothing after that.
My 2013 XKR-S had its own AC issue, but that needed a new EVAP core (which is behind the infotainment system), that failed after 6 years in 2019.
