It depends on what manual you mean.
The Owner's Manual / Owner's Handbook is readily available for free download, but the Workshop Manual / Repair Manual is a different matter.
I have the Repair Manual for my F-Type, but it wasn't free, I had to buy it from here for $79.99 US: https://www.factory-manuals.com/jaguar-f-type&41&266
Alternatively you can pay for a tOPIX subscription, renewable annually, but even then you can only download little bits of the manual at a time, you can't get the whole thing in one hit.

The http://www.factory-manuals.com service is a fantastic value and includes the owner's manual.
There's also a manual in your glovebox.

IIRC, this is the 2nd edition of the manual, from 2013. A bit different than your MY, but not much...
