Marko, please make certain that the schedule gets us to the Allagash Brewery no later than 4pm. We have a very limited window of opportunity there.

So many beers, so little time.

I'll be at Allagash awaiting your arrival. After the beer tour and tasting we'll drive to the hotel (valet or more likely self park our cars) and dinner - a short walk from the hotel - is planned at 7:30.

Good food, great people, and gorgeous cars. You gotta a problem with that?

Default Convoy Route Stops and Times

Ok team. The link below is the latest Map route with rough time estimates for earth waypoint. Time will be tight. Goal is to get to Maine as close to 4pm as possible. Times are noted when you pull up the link and view the map, along the left side are the stops.

You will see a link called "itinerary" and if you click on that you'll see the times. For those not technically savvy the following should help.

Chesapeake House MD Departure 6:00am sharp. No waiting
NJ Turnkipe Rest Stop just north of PA turnpike 7:20 am
Tappan Zee Bridge 9:00 am.
Service Plaza RT 15 "Merrit Parkway". 9:15am
F40 Motorsport "Wayne's World" 10:15-10:30
Depart for Maine 11:30-11:45
Chelmsford MA Rest Area. 1:45pm
Arrive Brewery in Portland 3:45-4:00pm

So we know who to look for, let Marko know at which stop you'll be joining us.

I'll join at Chesapeake House.

I have everyone's cell number in case we need to track down your whereabouts. As Marko suggests, we're leaving Chesapeake House at 6 am sharp, and the other way points at the prescribed time or whenever the caravan arrives, whichever is later. I will email my cell number to everyone in case you need to contact the caravan.

I'm planning to meet you at Wayne's World. I wouldn't expect traffic to be an issue from there to Maine, at that time of day.

Was able to wax my car this past weekend, so it looks halfway presentable.

Well - don't look too carefully at the rocker panels. And the interior could use cleaning. And don't look at me too carefully, either...

Default Wayne Visit Confirmed

Well I just at heard from Wayne and his assistant. They are looking forward to our arrival. Wayne has an afternoon flight but he is good to go from 10:30-11:30 or so that day.

Should we move the caravan departure 30 minutes earlier to give us a traffic cushion?

Thoughts.

Gentlemen,

I will be joining the group at F40, then will travel along to Portland with you. Unfortunately due to family obligations in Boston, as it is Mothers day weekend. I will have to depart on Friday, noon time. I will also not be able to bring the F Type since I need room for the In-laws on the weekend, so will be in the XJ.

See you all on Thursday.
