I’m stumped: first I own a MY16 S manufactured Dec 11,2015, I’ve read the manual regarding deletion of stored locations from favorites menu. I followed the instructions and I cannot get to where I can see a delete button for stored location in menu or favorites where I can select the locations to delete. Obviously I’m missing something that’s probably stupid simple to do. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I know it can store 400 points but I prefer to delete locations I’m never going back to. Thanks in advance for your response.

Ok I’m surprised that I’ve stumped the forum. There must be some wizard out there who can shed some light on my issue, I cannot be the only one who cannot delete locations on the System.

On my MY!8 if I select "My Destinations" there's an "Edit" icon top right. If you tap that you can select an individual one (or more) to delete.

Double checked and I missed a step - Select "Your Destinations", then "Favourites", then you'll see the Edit icon top right, tap that and you'll see greyed out Delete and Cancel buttons at the bottom. Select a destination and the Delete button comes alive! That's for MY18, hopefully yours will be similar.

 

Thank you SCM I was able to follow your instructions; with a little deviation; and deleted locations I did not need.
