I’ll give jaguny a call on your behalf now.

First thanks to DJS and RickyJay52 (yes, I know your real names and addresses, but you will not get any money). To SERD888: Since you were posting to an older message, I don't think any forum rules being broken with some info. Bought the car new with 76 miles. Some of the details are in my signature line. I was considering trading the car in possibly on a new vehicle for my wife, but haven't decided yet. Car is currently in storage for winter but I do have photos I took before storing. Once you can PM, we can exchange some info. I'll post a couple of photos.

These were taken just before it was stored. I have the original window sticker somewhere, but need to find it. It had most all options except the carbons cermaic brake/wheel package and maybe one or two others. Retail was $112k or so. Warranty expired in November of 2020. Serviced at my Jag dealer since new.

Also... Lol on no payment, the Jag community is 100% more welcoming and friendly than Porsche...

My only other “forum” experience is AudiWorld—I also have a 2009 Audi S8—but this forum is an informative and often entertaining group of some pretty terrific people. Several are close friends; and I did not use that word lightly, loosely, or often. The mods—spearheaded, without an actual spear, by SUPER MOD (and my friend) GGG—keep members on the straight and narrow. Whether you buy jaguny’ s white lightning or not, you’ll find this forum quite welcoming.

Found this discussion through a forum search.
VERY glad to see that you have found these cars to be reliable, as I have always loved the design, and am seriously looking at buying one. my budget is $65k, max, and I would be happier spending closer to $60k.
I've been looking at 2015-2017 models. Any significant reason a particular year would be better, or should be avoided?
Also, a couple people have mentioned clutch issues. Should I be concerned with that?
This will almost certainly be the last truly nice automobile I will be able to purchase, and I plan to drive it for another eight to ten years. Need to make certain I get it right.
Any further thoughts, recommendations or advice would be immensely appreciated. Thanks.

One other question that occurs to me. I've never had the opportunity to drive an F-Type. I'm guessing a 2021 model , as would be found in dealerships, would be too far removed from the 2015-2017 vintage cars to be useful in that regard?

Agreed. Where I live, in Michigan, heated seats and steering wheels are truly desirable.
