The coupe fits a fair amount of luggage, more than you would think if you put some thought into how you pack it.
It will take even more if you remove the cargo cover which you probably would have to remove anyway to fit two large suitcases and a carry on.
The cover is easy to remove, just unhook the two cords and pull it forward (towards the back of the car) out of the mounting slots behind the seats.

It's going to be very dependent on the actual suitcases. I picked up someone from the airport and it turned out her suitcase was massive. It wouldn't fit under the cover so I had disconnect is and lay it on top.
Two more reasonably sized suitcases and some carry-on bags would work.
Get the car and then buy luggage that fits. Problem solved.

Soft sided "duffle bag" things work very well to mazimize what you can get in the back. Two of these easily carry travel gear and a weeks worth (or more) of clothes for my my wife and me. Leaving room for computer and camera bags, car cover, and some picnic stuff.
These are well made and should hold up as checked luggage, but you could probably carry them on. And they make a smaller model as well.
