M14V6S - Major Maint and VAP recommendation

Hey All,
I have taken a look at the general maintenance intervals etc but wanted a community opinion of best practices on what should be done at the same time when doing VAP stage 3 on higher mileage V6.
Background:
14V6S - just hit 60k miles (owned since 40k), no major maintenance forced yet other than oil and brake changes.
Ask:
What all should be refreshed/replaced in one shot if the intention is to do VAP stage 3?
Initial thoughts:

Initial thoughts:
- Preventative coolant system upgrade
- all belts (at least one is with the VAP kit)
- spark plugs
- Tranny flush
- brake flush
- Engine filters ( should these be upgraded?)
- Else?
- Cosmetic (replace all buttons with M16 to finish eliminating sticky buttons)

You've got a transmission flush but not an oil change for the differential. I'd definitely do the latter even without the VAP upgrades. As for the transmission, I don't have that one so have done no research at all on its maintenance needs.
The rest looks pretty standard. If you've got original spark plugs it's time anyway.
Standard filters are more than adequate.
