The exact same thing happened to me. I bought a 2017 S AWD Convertible British Design Edition (15,000 miles, sweet car) Brought it to the dealership last week for oil, brake fluid, and transfer case fluid change. Told them I wanted software updated, specifically the navigation data. They had the car for two days. They managed to get the InControl account transfered to my name, and the remote works great. But still no map updates. I have been to all of the websites. The sites won't accept my VIN. I have sent them help requests twice via the Here websites, but received no replies. The way Jaguar handles these updates is disgraceful. Tomorrow I will call the dealer.

Update: I called Jaguar at 1-(800)-452-4827 and requested tech support. I explained the situation about how their website would not allow me to add my vehicle's VIN number to my account and therefore be able to download map updates to a very nice lady named Ashley. She mentioned that there had been other reports of that same issue. Maybe someone from this forum ?

Anyway, she submitted a support request ticket and took my email information so that they can contact me when they have it resolved. I'll will post a message when I hear from them.
