I plan on calling their tech support again this week and requesting that they register my vehicle for me. I'm about tired of their dysfunctional website. I don't think the failure of my vehicle being able to connect to the internet is that big of a deal since I'm not going to pay AT&T a monthly service charge for the expanded navigation features.
But I'm not going to be happy driving my 2021 model in 2023 or 2024 if I have been unable to download the periodic map updates on a USB stick and load them into the vehicle.

Update: I called Jaguar at 1-(800)-452-4827 and requested tech support. I explained the situation about how their website would not allow me to add my vehicle's VIN number to my account and therefore be able to download map updates to a very nice lady named Ashley. She mentioned that there had been other reports of that same issue. Maybe someone from this forum ?
Anyway, she submitted a support request ticket and took my email information so that they can contact me when they have it resolved. I'll will post a message when I hear from them.
