Default max driver height for f-type coupe?

Hello, what do you think is the max driver height for the f type coupe? I'm right over 6'1" and I'd be tempted to say that 6'1" is right around the max driver height.

I'm Six One or a bit more and head room is not an issue.. leg room is ok too.

@lawrence - I think there is just enough room for someone our height to fit comfortably. If someone were 6'2" I would def advise that they may be cramped. I have my seat lowered and pushed back the max amount. Anything less and I would feel cramped.

Yes, my head is close to touching the roof headliner, but ok.
I enjoy the car so much, I've yet to notice any discomfort at all from being cramped.

Im 6'2", and love the room in the ftype. Did not fit in the Italians or the vette. Only merc and the british seem to make cars for us bigger people.

I'm 6'3" and I fit in the Coupe just fine. I would say I could even fit with a helmet as well.

I also fit fine in the Stingray. I don't fit in the new Viper though. My head is flush against the roof.

Forgot to mention the helmet! That was the problem with the stingray, I fit wuth the seat reclined, byt the helmet was a no go. The vert is fine with helmet, no need to change the recline from my standard seating.

I just drove the car and re-checked the headroom.. I have about an inch above me and with the R having fully adjustable seats, including up and down (at least I think they do), I'm sure I have more room available if I needed it. Not sure if the other F type configurations have the same seat.

hi Bud I’m 6’4 too and deciding between an M6 and F Type R Dyn. Are you a broad chap?! I weigh about 16 stone and hoping I’ll fit in the f type as I think it’s so much cooler than an M6! Would be great to know your thoughts, thanks!

Too much butt padding will put you into the roof.

I’d say it depends on your body type, there are peeps out there with reallllly long legs and conversely peeps with long bodies.
People with long bodies might not get the head room they require and the long legs might run out of seat adjustment.

I am 6' 1'' and find it very comfortable. Note that the 2018, 2019 and 2020 models have new seats that add 5 inches of space for those with long legs, although I think the headroom is still the same.

I'M 6'2" with 36 inch inseam. I have adequate left leg room but the accelerator is set too far back for comfort. On a long drive I can only manage using cruise control but in town the car is just too cramped. The bulkhead is too close for upper body. To get a drink from the cupholder, I have to reach across with my left hand to retrieve it. They should have sacrificed a little trunk space and given it to the cabin. I had a 16 F-Type R for a couple months and traded it for a 14 911. Wife traded her Macan for a 16 F-type S and loves it. She is 5' 3". In the 911 I have ample head and leg room. In fact, I actually pull the seat a little forward. I previously had a '08 911 with manual transmission and had to pull seat forward a bit to depress the clutch all the way. Nothing compares to the beauty of the F-type but the only car I've driven that compares with a Porsche is an R-8.
