And it's not the pulley(s) that increase the SC whine, it's the VAP lower pulley tune that does so, by keeping the SC bypass valve open sooner and longer.
But it seems that the Mina lower intake tract with those cone filters takes it to a whole 'nother level, mainly by getting rid of the central baffles/resonators.
So in your case just going with the Mina lower intake tract will probably give you the SC whine you desire.

The Mina open filters system almost certainly does not flow any better than the stock system with paper filters, filter boxes and intake trumpets as the stock system is pretty damn good.
But chopping out the resonator/baffle pieces releases a heap of otherwise muffled SC whine.

If you are referring to the shutdown noise at 0:18, probably not, but it’s been like that for 35,000 miles. I suspect it has the old SC coupler design.
