I still have the clamshell package for my locking lug nuts. The dealer installed them and gave me the old ones. Part number is listed as C2S17485

Included in that package is a sticker that has the code and Julian date. It also has the website.

www.mcgard.com/LRJ

That website lists the US office's contacts as:

McGard LLC Headquarters-USA:
3875 California Road,
Orchard Park, NY 14127-4198
Ph: 716-662-8980
Fx: 716-662-8985
Email: csinfo@new.mcgard.com
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time

Might not hurt to give them a call. Good luck.

Since the locking ones need to match the key, the dealer won't have them. The McGard site lists a new key if you have the code but only sets if you need the nuts. I'm running the Gorilla ones with my aftermarket wheels, but *somewhere* I have the full set of four locks and keys. I took them off almost immediately and put the stock nuts back on. If you're desperate (and a little patient) I could probably dig that up and maybe even the paperwork.

THIS. Much better solid lug nuts instead of a small nut with a cover. The hex size changes to a smaller size, but the covers never strip or fall off. .

Wait what is the size change? I thought the OEM and the gorillas were both 19 mm?

I could be interested in this. I just bought the black gorilla ones so I can fix the problem quickly but I could be interested in having some locks available if I have a need. How much would you sell them for?

The new lugs I ordered were 17mm instead of 19mm.(? from aging memory.) Could be I picked a part number that changed it and didn't have to. Not a big deal to me. LOTS of selection. Much higher quality. LOTS of color and finish variety.

A few things:
I was mistaken about only keys available on the McGard site. The call the lug nuts "locks" and they can be had as well. Valerie's post shows it too.
I saw on Amazon that they have full sets for $26-ish but cross-referencing to McGard shows cone seat instead of shank style, so don't know if they're right. The JLR set is just over $100.
I would need to track mine down. They are somewhere, but I'd need to so some archaeological work to put my hands on them. I removed them in 2015.

Well I bought the gorilla ones from a seller on eBay and they literally threw them all in a bag and shipped the bag so they're kinda chipped up. Does anyone know of a seller for the black gorilla lugs who isn't a dumbass?

Easy. Buy them from Amazon or anyone besides EBay.

73138JBC doesn't show up on Amazon. You bought one that isn't a direct replacement.

Check out the page I linked to in post #11.
Or is that where you bought them from anyway?

Gorilla has a huge on line catalog you can download. I downloaded the PDF, figured out what the spec was and found a couple numbers of suitable nuts and googled several part numbers. I've done it for several cars. Think I used CarID last time actually. The prices are all different by a lot, so shop around. It's just a set of lug nuts, so if the manufacturer has the right quality, who care who you buy it from? Except EBay that is really a flea market.

I just ordered the black gorilla lug nuts. They are good quality but unfortunately they have stopped wrapping or bagging each individual nut. They just pour them into a box so they rub against each other. They said this is to be more "environmental" lol. Funny how these environmentalists always save themselves money.
