New Group Buy MotorSport Tech Hubcentric Spacer and Adapter Group Buy
Any interest in a new group buy from Motorsports Tech? I spoke with Lenny today and he said $189 (+ shipping) for a complete set of Silver or Black. I think the target is 20 sets, but let's see what kind of response there is. Plenty of information on the forum - Carbon blades can do 15mm with no trimming of the studs, some wheels may require a few mm shaved to ensure no rubbing against the back of the wheel. From the information gleaned on the forum, 17MM fit everything with no modifications.
The last group buy thread is here: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/f...pacers-194739/
Thanks.
The list:
1. gg2684 - 15 black
2. Dubzeey Wu - 17 black
3. Dealersadvocate - 17 black

I talked to him yesterday about this too!
Lol, was gonna order it it gets too late so I’m literally about to call him tomorrow but I’m guessing this is a steal I can’t miss.
Also, Motorsport tech told me that 17mm is everyone doing and he did a lot of em with no problem but I also see some people on the forum saying 17mm might scrape the tire. I have 19 inche and I think imma gonna trust him.

based on my research. The members here are super thorough and that is the consensus.

17mm spacers fit fine in the front with no issues. In my experience 17mm rubs in the rear, just barely, under heavy loading. I only noticed this on a cross country drive with the trunk packed with luggage. It was enough to make me swap the rear spacers our for a set of 15mm units, but not enough to cause tire damage.
If anyone needs a set of 17mm spacers for the fronts, I’ve got a spare set now.

Are you lowered or using larger than OEM rear tires?

I assuming everything is OEM?
Really helpful experience tbh i was just thinking about lowered it a little bit but instead of sitting lower I’d go with wider in F type. It looks good enough for me if it sits wide enough because I know how painful to drive a really low car lol.

OK so if I go for a set of these what is the best for gyrodyne 20" with OEM tires 255 front, 295 rear, anyone have these fitted and have pics, Lowering the car I would like to do but where i live would not be practical, does it look bad to have them pushed out and not lowered thats what concerns me, gg2684 What would shipment to Ireland be.

I am quite satisfied with the quality of those adaptors. They are available in raw aluminium, as well as black and silver anodized.
