Looks fantastic!
I can answer that one. Same people who take a Timex over an elegant Breitling. Someone who doesn't appreciate and recognize greatness.

The funny thing is that an automotive website likened the V8S to a Monster Miata. Basically a big-a$$ engine in a little car. Performance-wise though, the V8S is equal or better than a 427 Cobra. It can accelerate as fast as a 427 Cobra over the 1/4 mile, but has a much higher top speed, 186 mph for the V8S vs 165 mph for the Cobra. Additionally, the V8S is likely a much better handler. The V6S can be compared to a small-block Cobra, but again, it will be overall, a better performing car than the Cobra.

When are you going to order it? Shape looking build. I'm going to wait until they put a dual clutch and AWD in it. They going to keep building on the car with each iteration to improve it to the end. This makes the car interesting to follow. Someday I might just get in one and sell the XKR. Jaguar's are nice cars to enjoy and appreciate period. Maybe we can get a group deal (LOL).

its on order and expected to be delivered to me by end of July. You may "hate new jags" but my 08 XK Coupe still turn heads and this past weekend as I took my wife shopping for a new SUV for her, I received multiple compliments from the sales guys at the car dealers drooling over it's gorgeous and classic line. Something tells me a Miata, new or old, will not generate the same response....
