A nozzle holder to hold the nozzle. I like devilsown because they are low profile and works great

Here's where it comes to personal preference. Pick your nozzle size. I am running a D03 right now, but will be going to a D05 for a little more cooling because I am running dual pulley on my v8.
Next you're going to need to mount the nozzle. I installed mine at the Y on the intake. But you can choose where you want. You can tap the lid. I chose to put it in the air stream before the charger so it can atomize and I'm mainly using it for cooling. The plastic intake has enough material to just drill and tap the plastic.
And lastly a simple boost switch. This is also personal preference as well. Because you can go with a more expensive progressive controller if you want. I've used most on the market and they all work the same. I didnt want to mount a gauge in my interior, so I kept it simple. The only thing you see in my engine bay is my line, nozzle, and checkvale. Because I wanted a clean install. Nozzle in the intake Boost switch, real simple. Tank mounted. Boost source, drilled and tapped into lid. Please take your lid off to do this. This drops alot of aluminium and you don't want it in your intake lol.
This switch can be changed to what psi you want it to turn on at. Now to get a source for this switch to work I drill and tapped the lid with a 1/8npt 1/8 barb.
I never knew anything about how methanol injection worked until now. It always seemed so complicated and expensive. With more research, this might be an interesting project! Thank you!
I've changed a few things since I did this mod.
I took the spray from precharger and put it post. 2 nozzles on the lid, much better cooling. Really didn't see a change in cooling spraying precharger(ignore the nozzle that's still in the intake, it's been taken out). And I've added a progressive controller. Much better, than the on/off pressure switch.
Also if you are going to be installing the nozzles on the lid, use a solenoid instead of a checkvalve. A checkvalve is fine for placing the nozzle pre throttle body. But the manifold vacuum is usually too strong after the throttle body, and it can pull the checkvalve open and suck the meth right out of the tank. So just use a solenoid, really simple to install especially if you are using a progressive controller.

I thought the intercooler was under the lid so wouldn't your nozzles always be spraying into at least some positive pressure or boost?

Yes but off boost, there is vacuum under there. I don't know if it's strong enough to pull the checkvalve open. But I've seen it done on other vehicles, so I just feel better having a solenoid in place.

what size intake tube is that? 3”-3.5”? And in the picture, it appears that the nozzles tubing leads to the symposer, is that tapped into that or does it just go above and off to the side?
