I have a measly V6 so I don't know what the diff drain plug on a V8 with the E-diff looks like, but your plug looks like it may be a little loose or at least not fully tightened and if so that is probably the cause of the leak.
Easy enough to check and rectify, just don't go apeshit on it as most drain plugs are a tapered fit and are not meant to be cranked RFT otherwise you risk cracking the diff housing.

Yeah.. looks “normal” or not unusual.
but you can do a few things.
1) first loosen a half turn then tighten the drain plug
2) check the oil level via the second plug, higher up on left side cover
3) check for any drips of oil on the ground where the car normally parks
note: this may be a sign that your front axle pinion shaft seal is leaking a bit… and the oil flows down to the lowest point before dripping
but you can do a few things.
