MY17 R- Fuse to Disable exhaust baffle?

So, in the midst of deciding to keep my MY17 R coupe (lease end) The tail pipe exhaust baffles that open and close near the exhaust tips are sticking. It's three weeks until I can get into service and I HATE driving around with one or both of the baffles half closed!! It sounds like cotton was stuffed in my ears! If I remember right, there is a fuse (in the passenger side footwell?) that can be taken out to disable the baffle. I hoping I can reach in a manually open the baffle valves all the way and then take out the fuse. I always drive with them open anyway. I suspect that there are faulty parts that open and close the valves or some sort of vacuum leak, but I'm no mechanic. So....Is there a fuse? again MY17 F-Type R coupe. NOTE: Even if for some reason I don't keep the Jag (I'M leaning towards keeping it) I wouldn't want to turn it in and have the person who ends up getting the car not getting the full Jag sound :-)
Thanks for any help!

Another note: I noticed right away when the valves started sticking. The passenger side was about half closed and the driver's side was a bit less than half. Maybe the fact that both sides are affected means that it's some sort of vacuum hose leak ahead of the valves? My hypothesis is based on years of not being a mechanic :-) Any thoughts?

Hmmmm: After doing more forum searching, I found a member who posted this : "Fuse only works with cars that have vacuum pumps - ‘14, ‘15 and I don’t remember about ‘16. After that, they ran a vacuum line from the engine."
Could someone verify this? I was looking forward to just taking the fuse out. Hopefully it's just a vacuum line and theydon't have to replace the whole exhaust. Even thought the car is still under warranty, it would probably take them forever to get the part and install.

A vacuum leak will leave the valves open, not closed. It's probably sticking butterfly valves . Unfortunately in Jag World, that means replacing the whole muffler. F43 affects the vacuum pump on the '14/15 cars. F15 affects the valve controlling the vacuum line from the manifold to the muffler valves on the '16+ cars.

Yes..that makes complete sense, thank you. I've determined that even with the valves completely open, I'm experiencing a 40% or so muting upon warmup. No software update involved. If you have a chance, please read this thread. https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/f...havior-237447/
