Nav and Gracenote Updates

Does anyone know how to update the database for both the Nav system as well as Gracenote?

Isn't that handled through inControl apps these days. I have already updated that app once or twice through the iPhone.

On my 2010 Mercury, the nav update includes a Gracenote update too, and there's a screen that displays the nav and Gracenote versions.

I updated the Jag nav system this summer, but I can find no option to display the nav and/or Gracenote versions. Not a surprise with this nav system...
