I usually find that if my wife graciously thinks I am right or gives a major concession (get the f-type you want for instance), it ends up costing me 2 to 5 times the value of the item in another purchase or my agreement to something I may have otherwise opposed. I'd say you are in serious trouble and do need help. I suspect it may be too late to assist you. I'd enjoy your temporary state of being right and prepare for the future event. It may not happen right away and be thrust upon you after your guard is down. Just saying.

On the very, very rare occasions where this has occurred, my wife graciously allows me to note it on the calendar on the fridge. This is usually followed a week or so later with "What were you right about?" To which I reply "Nothing, I'm sure."
