Need an independent Jag Shop in Raleigh, NC
I am trying this here since I have had no response on the XE forum. I am having difficulty getting my local dealer to do services that are not EXPLICITLY in the Jag procedures such as a supercharger oil change. I am hoping someone here has had some experience with Independent shops in the area and can share their experiences.
I truly do not understand Jag service not catering to their customers. The result is they will loose service revenue (and they need it) and I will be looking at the new Jags much less often. So on my next buy decision...
Thanks in advance.

Interesting. I assume you mean Leith. I've used them to do a couple of "non-standard" items on my F-Type and didn't have an issue. The only time I had any issue was on installing my Porterfield brake pads - they did want to do any pad work without rotors. It's not an uncommon position for service departments to take, so I wasn't surprised. I just took it somewhere else. (If it makes a difference, I use the Cary location and not North Raleigh.)
I haven't had much luck finding a shop in the triangle that will work on the newer models. Largely that's because the equipment investment required for anything complicated, and the fact that, with a 5-year warranty/maintenance period, there isn't much demand. I've checked with Flying Circus in Durham, and an independent in Pittsboro, and got the same story.
Tim McGroodt at Foreign Accents might be a option, since he is factory trained, but he's in Greensboro, so not exactly convenient for you. Cheers.

I have found Mike at Triangle Imports located at 3333 Capital Blvd. He will be working on my 2015 XJL on Monday the 26th of Sep. He will be helping me with a headlight issue. The XJLs are tricky as the front bumper has to come off and he will probably need to take the front wheels off to get to the lights.
