New F Type owner!
Hi everyone!
This is Jorge from Madrid (Spain). Some of you already know me because I have already commented here before when I had the engine break last summer. The truth is that I had not yet had time to present myself properly and I think this great forum well deserves it.
The car has been on the road for three months and the only thing I can say is that it is amazing!! Despite having a few issues (I drive it daily). In addition to the engine, along the way I needed to change an oxygen sensor plus one catalytic converter and now sporadically I get an Adaptive Dynamics fault warning (pure F-type driving experience!). When I turn off the engine (and I get out and lock the car, this is important) then unlock and restart it, the warning disappears. This only happens maybe once or twice a week, but I think that each time is coming on more frequently. Maybe the battery is saying its last words? (2016 SVR)
I leave you a couple of photos of the SVR and I wish you all merry Christmas in these difficult times!

Looks great!! Welcome
Yes, it's Ammonite Grey which they then renamed as Corris Grey a year or so later. Same colour, just a new name
My 2017 SVR is the same colour. Also with the carbon ceramic brakes and the maelstrom wheels. Nice set up!!
Not sure how the model year designation works in Spain, but for the many US people on the forum yours is prob a 2017 model year (look at the build date on the door plate, after about April 2016 is referred to as the 2017 model year).
Try the battery disconnect as suggested above and see if that clears up your electronic issues.
Happy driving!!

Yeah, for me that wheels with the yellow calippers of the CCB and the corris grey is one of the best combinations!
I need to check the MFD in the door (didn't know it was there), but mine was for sure manufactured in 2016 (1st registration in july 2016, VIN last 5 numbers= 40299). My question in the other thread was regarding the coolant lines and if my car is already fitted with the new version (more ressistant).
Have you experienced any particular issues with your SVR? What is the mileage on your car?
Thanks in advance
