Default New to the F-Type world, wheel spacing question.

Hello all, thanks so much for such a wealth of knowledge! I recently purchased a used 2018 R dynamic rwd v6. I’m looking at a set of non oem wheels with tires that measure:
Front- 255/40/20 (9 inches 48 offset)
Rear- 295/35/20 (11 inches 55 offset)

Not exactly close to the factory 20 inch wheels I currently have (non ceramic brake option).
Question is due the variance in offset would I “need” spacers…I hate the idea of spacers..so thinking I have to just walk away from the these wheels. Thoughts? (Car is completely stock)
Thanks again for any help/opinions…I’m truly in love with this car…even without having the V8…yeah I was shocked too :^)

Give it another day or two and you’ll likely get some answers. Some of the folks that have put on new wheels and spacers may not check the forum regularly.

They may check regularly but not frequently! [pedant mode off]

Thanks for the link…It prob would be best to use spacers to help balance out the offset…had spacers on my old rcf…always bothered me…mentally lol.

The wheel size doesn't have me as concerned as the extra height of those tires. Stock is 35 in front an 45 in the rear.

I'm running +41 in the front and +25 in the rear and I think that fills things out nicely.

My stock 20 inch wheel’s tires are 35 in the front and 30 in the rear….so you don’t think I’ll have rubbing with the above tires and offset without spacers?

AIGH!! I meant 35 front and 30 rear. This forum won't let me edit. The different aspect ratio sounds odd to me. What kind of car were they on? There's a very limited number of cars that use the same bolt pattern as the Jag.

Haha no worries…oh man, “bolt pattern”..I completely forgot about that…they are from an Aston Martin …thanks for saving the day on that one…bolt patterns are different! Shame cause the wheels are exactly what I’m looking for…thanks again!
