Yes, in addition to the $5000, it’s 1 year in jail. But that is anytime, day or night. However, there is a exception for essential travel (groceries, home repair stores, liquor, etc.). I have instituted a 1 item shopping limit, the stores of choice are in the next county and, of course, only the F-Type gets used for all shopping runs.

No exceptions here though. Everyone off the street by 5:00 pm period. Stores don't let anyone inside after 3:00 pm so they can get the workers home. I'm driving a Tahoe here though, so I just get everything I need in one trip.
