Hey everyone! Proud owner of a 2018 F Type R. Not new to these types of forums as I have been on a lot of different ones over the years as I change cars often and always like to modify them. That being said I have been glancing the forums for a few months now and finally decided to join as it seems like a great group of friendly people are involved here. Got some plans for the F Type and already a few things done as well. Car came with the SVR wheels giving me the 265 35 20 fronts and the 305 30 20 rears. New Continentals go on her Tuesday when she comes back out of storage from winter. Mina Gallery full intake goes on tuesday as well. Other then that she is fully loaded with everything it could have had, it is black and already painted the hood louvers and side vents silver to match the whole scheme. Lastly, a custom painted Jaguar on the hood from a local guy near me that does great work. Obviously, some might not like the idea of the paintwork, but as I have been doing car shows for over 15 years I have always picked a theme and had custom paintwork on every vehicle. Hope to meet some cool people!
The car is still kinda new to me. I will have had it for a year next month. Sold my 2017 Charger SRT show car to move onto this project. I just fell in love after driving and got such a deal I couldn't refuse. Unfortunately, won't do much with it yet as it is under Jaguar warranty until 2024.
Yea I am used to the different opinions on custom paintwork lol. I love it though and that's what matters!
