Just joined after purchasing my first Jag... A 2014 F-Type V6 Convertible.
Hoping to learn a few things about my car and also the forum and members,
and hopefully contribute, if I can, to any discussions...

It's for my MY2015 V6S coupe but 95%+ applies to your 'vert, many hours of reading ahead!

Thanks for the link OxXFR...!

I have been reading your posts and comments on this forum
for some time now so its actually nice to hear from you too..!

I actually have downloaded a read a lot on the car already and enjoy reading about what the members have done
to their rides and the many problems and solutions that people have come up with... The forum looks like a great
place to connect and learn even more...

I purchased my car in April 2019 from Duttons in Melbourne with 7400 kms on it, and have absolutely loved it...!
Such a sweet, free revving motor, and beautifully balanced chasis... The motor just wants to wind itself up...!
Spend a lot of time driving the Black Spur and Reefton Spur here in Victoria just to hear and feel that motor wind up...
Gotta love Superchargers...!

Looks like you have done heaps of changes to your coupe...! It must be sweet...!

Your post prompts me to list all my mods, changes and additions for the first time, well at least all I can remember.
All the major ones are in my signature, minor ones are:
Tinted windows
Debadged rear end except for the leaper which I painted gloss black and moved down around 15 mm
Custom number plates - GD2BBAD
5K HID headlight globes replacing the 4.7K stockers
Hard wired battery tender cables
Plush pile OEM floor mats replacing the thin pile stockers
OEM dead pedal / footrest
OEM flat-bottomed / sports steering wheel
OEM illuminated tread plates
Added i-Dynamic functionality
COB LED bright white footwell lights
Growler projector LED puddle lights
New stop/start and Park buttons
Scosche phone mount
Cargo net in the hatch

That's all I can remember for now and as far as I can tell it now has every possible factory option available at the time other than torque vectoring and garage door opener.

Edit - three more I just remembered:
Yellow brake calipers with black Jaguar decals
Jaguar lettering on the side vents painted silver
Extra holes dremelled into the bonnet/hood vents

OzXFR you have been busy with your mods and changes...
Love your Number Plate...! I bet you hear that a lot...!
I've never driven the V6S but it must be superb... Even more so now with the VAP tune and Eurotoys Crank Pulley...!
I was thinking of doing that at some stage, just have to find a good workshop that can do it down here in Melbourne...!
I have to sort out a couple of other issues first...

Yep, I get the occasional question about the number plate and also a couple of thumbs up from those who obviously know the origin.
Love your white seats (either Ivory or Cirrus AFAICT), I had Ivory in my old XFR. About the only thing I would change on my car.
She really flies with the pulley and tune, definitely something you should consider doing, best bang for your buck performance mod possible on the F-Type.
Any half competent workshop can fit the crank pulley and you can easily DIY the flashing on of the tune it is a piece of cake.
A word of warning - the members around here are very keen to help you spend lots of money on mods and upgrades!

Ha Ha... I will have to ask you about the origin of your number plates at some stage... That Crank Pulley upgrade sounds great...! Not that it needs more power, but I would love
to feel how it performs with more power none the less... And thanks for the heads up on members being keen to help spend cash on mods and upgrades... At the moment I'm trying
to sort out why my Rear Speakers are no longer operating any louder than a whisper since I had the Car serviced at my local Jaguar Dealership... That was a big mistake...!

I drove my car into the Dealership sounding like a Roaring Sports car in Dynamic Mode with working rear speakers and drove it home from the Dealership with no Pops and Crackles
from the Exhaust and barely audible Rear Speakers... I read about the K309 O2 Sensor Service action and the JTB00495NAS Fix and have been arguing with the Dealership trying
to prove that they caused these Software issues during my service, but they are trying to cover it up and deny any responsibility... I will sort it out one way or another...!!!
I am currently driving a magnificent looking F-Type that sounds like a Sewing Machine even in Dynamic Mode...!!! Aaahhh...!!!

Nah, mine's Smoke on the Water, or as I prefer to call it: SmokeRing.
