New Stereo Installed

I've received my car back from the company that did the stereo retrofit, and what a result!
They replaced the speakers with those of their own design, added a special tweeter to the back of the rear-view mirror (their signature), and replaced the sub and amps.
The results are spectacular! The sound stage has been moved up and forward (where it needed to be), and the fidelity and separation of mids and highs is greatly improved. All rattles and distortion have been removed, and deep rich bass added. The overall effect is not loud, but well balanced and natural.
It clearly is possible to engineer a great sounding system within this car's cabin. They mentioned that the stock speakers were free-air and basically just hanging in the panel behind the seats. It took them a while to engineer the sound to match the cabin acoustics, but it was possible.
Based on the results of my car, they are going to offer this package going forward in two levels. Stage 1 using slightly less power and a smaller sub (8'), and Stage 2 which is in my car (10' sub).
The company is called Reus Systems, and they are based in Southern California, but available nationwide. Their website is Reus Systems, and if you would like further details, or contact and pricing info, feel free to PM me and I will be happy to share.
Lastly, I will be regularly attending Cars and Coffee events in Southern California (I'll be at the Palos Verdes C&C on Saturday), so if you are local feel free to stop by and hear it in person. The difference is shocking.

I'm sure they'd be willing to say, however I didn't ask. If I find out, I'll be happy to share that info.

Correct, replaced speakers, added a tweeter in the mirror, and added an amp and new sub. Factory head unit and functionality. You cannot tell that it was upgraded, aside from the little speaker grille on the back of the mirror which I would have to point out.
