New -- Thinking about 2016 F-Type R

With AWD now standard on the R for 2016, I was thinking about getting one to replace my X5M as my daily driver. I tried reading and searching through old threads, but had a few open questions I was hoping someone could help me with:
1. Has anyone successfully put 19" wheels on the R for winter? I read an old thread that seemed to think 19" wheels would fit over the brakes, but just barely. Curious if anyone has tried yet.
2. Maintenance seems to be pretty limited for the first three years (just oil changes and inspections). Am I missing anything? What does a typical service run at a Jag dealer?
3. Modification options seem to be pretty limited. I have seen some people talking about springs for lowering and a couple options for ecu tuning and pullies, but the results for those seem to be shaky. With 550hp, I am not sure more power is even necessary.
4. How are the lease rates? I saw a mention of a money factor of .024% through JPM Chase, but no mention of residual %s. I know these aren't out yet for 2016 models, but am curious what the typical numbers for a 2015 R were for a 3year 10 or 12k mile a year lease.
5. Discounts on the coupes seem to be pretty modest ($5-7k), but I have seen people mentioning stacking the Jaguar Club discount on top of that. Does this apply to leases as well for cap reductions? Should I be targeting $5-7k off sticker plus the Jag Club when negotiating with a dealer?

Item1: let me know if you do look for 19" wheels. I will have a brand new set of propeller wheels I won't need. They will fit over any of the brake options except the ceramics.
Item 5: if you look hard you should be able to get that $5-7k plus whatever JCNA discount is available at time of delivery.

I'm in the process of looking at 2015s. This is what the dealer gave me for Jan numbers for the 2015 model year - I don't think they changed for Feb. 39mos is the sweet spot.
2015 R Coupe -
24mo - 54% / 0.00141
36mo - 48% / 0.00070
39 mo - 47% / 0.00079
Add 3% for 10k miles and 4% for 7500 miles.
Slightly off topic, but can anybody report on discounts that they have seen recently on 2015s?

Jaguar does their leasing through JPM, correct? Does JPM publish their rates anywhere, or can you call and find out? I have known dealers to pad lease rates in the past, it would be nice to find out what the current programs are directly from the source.

This is directly from the rate sheet for Jan. Yes, JLR Financial is JPM. They update rates at the start of every month from what my dealer told me. I'm guessing that the MF for the 2016s won't be as good as the 2015s when they are initially released ... there is no incentive to subsidize those rates yet.
There are bumps to the rates for credit scores under 730, so some dealers may quote a higher initial rate to start with until they pull your credit (the Porsche dealer did this when I inquired on a 911).

1. Oil and filter replacement -- every year or 10,000 miles -- ~$160 (First one is free)
2. Heating system filter -- every year -- ~$110
3. Air filters -- 30,000 miles --~$165
4. Fuel system cleaning -- 30,000 miles (dealer only recommended doing this if I was going to keep the car past 30,000 miles) -- ~$170
Didn't bother listing normal wear and tear items like tires and brakes (although brakes should last 30,000 miles). Am I missing anything else?

It is pretty modest. German cars are more expensive, American cars are less.
You will have no issues fitting any of the F-Type 19" wheels over any of the 2 non-CF (iron), F-Type brake systems. Those systems are the same on base (1 std. and 1 upgraded is optional), S (gets upgraded std), and R (gets upgraded std). If it's an aftermarket wheel, it will depend upon the wheel style and offset.

That's what I assumed they were referring to. With the additives in premium fuel, the injectors will probably start leaking before they get gummed up. Using regular would be a different matter.

I would think that direct injection engines will need the valves cleaned at some point. The Audi and BMW direct injection engines that have no fuel washing over the back side of the valves tend to get gummed up. I also wonder why there is no maintenance mentioned on the transmissions. Is the fluid lifetime? Another thing, you might want to test drive the 2016 before purchasing as they now are electric power steering (EPS). While I have not test driven any EPS cars I am skeptical about their feel verses hydraulic steering systems. JMHO
