This is the history of the colors on the car. First pictures are when we first took delivery, then when the car was first wrapped in Purple, and finally with the new color-shifting wrap that we just had done.
If you don't mind my asking, how much did it cost each time for the wrap? And approximately how long will a good wrap last? And does it require much or any care?
I've seen what looks like the same color-shifting wrap you have, except the owner said it was a peelable paint (dip?) rather than a wrap. I enjoyed looking at it, but I wouldn't want it for my car. Enjoy! A bit different than the Purple People Eater...

The dual layer wrap cost around $5K (that was the pure purple) the new wrap cost us $2,200 with tip. The first was done by a firm the second in a guy's garage. I'm happy with the result with the exception of the bumper which he has agreed to redo (shame because the bumper is the hardest part of the car to wrap). On care, treat like a clear bra, no wax or abrasives and try to keep the car out of the sun for extended periods particularly on hot days (can cause the adhesive to release). I didn't have any real issues with this wrap. Had another car wrapped in flat blue and fixing scratches was a nightmare on a flat finish, the gloss you can often (if you are careful) buff it out with the same stuff you use to renew headlight lenses.

I'll just add to enderle's comments here - I looked to get my daughter's MiTo wrapped, which was out in the weather. The guys (who I use to wrap bits of my own cars) told me not to, the wrap will bake on in the sun and also it isnt good for it to be in moisture either (dew etc). So really, it is best for garaged cars.
In the end I got rid of the car instead and bought a white one which would cop our sun better.
Can you tell me more about your carbon fiber splitter? Is that the one from Mina Gallery?
Yes that is the Mina splitter. Doesn't look bad really. I glued it on, the double stick tape didn't hold as well as I'd like and it had a slight warp to it the glue fixed (there is a wrap under it so I'm not worried about damaging the actual splitter).
Oh, and on the last comment, agree, if the car is sitting out a lot a wrap isn't for you. Best for a car that is mostly garaged.
