At the very least, you are going to need to upload a video. Doubt guessing about marble sounds is going to be effective.

My guess is it's the supercharger coupler/isolater needs replacing .Always described as marbles in a can sound . Plenty of youtube videos to google to see if its the same sounnd.

Yep, many of us me included have used the term "marbles in a tin can" to describe the sound that comes from the top of the engine when the SC coupler/torsion isolator is worn enough to need replacing.
We use that term because the sound is quite loud and distinctly irregular and not regular and rhythmic like many other F-Type engine rattles and ticks.
Another common noise caused by a worn coupler is a loud and distinct "clonk" from the top of the engine on shut down, not every time but most times.

Blocked injector can also cause this with a high smell of gas from rear pipes

I have a Ducati that sounds like "a blender full of nickels in a thunderstorm" but for that bike, it's normal.

I had that same kind of sound in my 5.0L XKR and it was caused by a defective water pump. Replaced the pump, and the "marbles" disappeared!
